Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. might not be long for the team that drafted him.
Richardson reportedly took snaps with the third-team Colts offense on Saturday (and threw a pick), which might indicate he's fallen behind quarterback Riley Leonard on the Indianapolis depth chart for the team's top backup job.
If that's the case, the former first-round quarterback could be on the outs in Indianapolis via a trade before the season unless the Colts carry three quarterbacks.
If the Colts do decide to part ways with Richardson, it could finally offer the former Florida quarterback the fresh start he seems to need to get his NFL career going again.

Richardson should still hold trade interest elsewhere in the league, so it would be fascinating to see what team could pick him up.
Who will start for the Colts this fall?
Daniel Jones should be the team's Week One starter, as long as he stays healthy coming off injury.
