With the Colts off to a disappointing 2-6 start and firing general manager Chris Ballard, Indianapolis is expected to continue offloading talent ahead of Tuesday's NFL trade deadline.
So, it only makes sense for star running back Jonathan Taylor to be right at the center of the trade rumors. The Colts running back tried to shrug off his likely midseason departure, though.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Taylor was asked about how he's handled the trade rumors the past couple of weeks. The Colts have already traded away DeForest Buckner and Quenton Nelson. Receiver Josh Downs and Taylor could also be on their way out.
But still, Taylor called the rumors "noise" as he tried to downplay it.

He was also asked if he requested a trade himself, but he stopped short of confirming or denying that.
