As if ESPN couldn't get enough of former NFL punter-turned-media superstar Pat McAfee, The Athletic's Andrew Marchand reported on Thursday that he could get his own Monday Night Football alt-cast.
On top of word that he's joining the Monday Night Countdown crew, McAfee is now at the forefront of ESPN's NFL, college football and daily televised sports coverage. He's quite literally the face of the network alongside Stephen A. Smith; you cannot engage with ESPN right now without at least a hint of McAfee. He is now ubiquitous with ESPN.
