With the Chicago Bears already down starting quarterback Caleb Williams due to a hamstring injury, and backup Tyson Baget just cleared from the concussion protocol, head coach Ben Johnson opted to roll with veteran Case Keenum in primetime. This meant that Monday night's matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles would be Keenum's first start since 2023, and it's safe to say that he didn't disappoint.
Keenum put together a performance on Monday Night Football that Chicago fans won't forget anytime soon, accounting for three total touchdowns (two passing) and 247 yards through the air. The Bears rolled to a 27-7 win in a game that never truly felt all that close.
After the game, Keenum rightfully earned a game ball from Johnson in a must-see moment.
However, to make it even cooler, spotted in the background just behind Keenum was the injured Williams, who was grinning from ear to ear and loving every moment of it for his teammate.

The moment was big for Keenum, even beyond just winning a football game. The quarterback explained that it was the first time his kids had been able to see him play football in his career, and he even brought his daughter to the postgame interview, which melted America's hearts on its own. During that conversation, ESPN's Scott Van Pelt asked his daughter, Cadence, if she'd rather watch Bluey or rewatch her dad's game tomorrow, to which she quickly replied, "the game."
It's hard not to love moments like this, and as seen above, Williams was enjoying it just like every other fan.
