Angel Reese and the Atlanta Dream fell short in Game 7 of the epic 2026 WNBA Finals, with a 68-63 loss to the Golden State Valkyries. But she's keeping her head up and staying motivated despite being one win short of a title.
"It is tough in the moment, but we'll be back," she told reporters after the loss. "And I always say, 'Delayed, not denied.' This is only Year 3, they got a lot more years left too. But I'm really grateful that I got to go to war with this group and I'd do it all over again."
"Delayed, not denied." Print it on a t-shirt. Clearly, this isn't stopping her anytime soon, and after the run Reese has made, it's clear there's more in store for her.

It was a heck of a run for Reese, who has shut down critics left and right during the Dream's magical journey to the Finals.
