After a quiet start to the season, Ja'Marr Chase was back to looking like his superstar self in Week 2 and Week 3. But now the Bengals might be looking at some time without their star receiver.
Chase left Sunday's Week 4 game against the Jaguars after he was hurt on a facemask penalty. Chase reeled in the reception but had his head twisted around by Jarrian Jones. The dirty play was compounded when Ventrell Miller came in to finish the hit. The back of Chase's head was slammed into the turf.
The play was called for an obvious penalty, but that second hit appeared to be what injured Chase.

Chase would leave the game to be evaluated for a concussion.
He was later seen making his way to the locker room without a helmet, which is never a good sign for his odds of returning.
