Dancing with the Stars is waltzing towards its finale, with just seven couples remaining after Week 8's elimination. The reality competition show aired on a special Monday night to steer clear of Tuesday's midterm election coverage, and the participants all danced to a Disney hit from Broadway. The couples were also broken into two groups for the first group dances of the season.
Grey's Anatomy's Harry Shum Jr. and The Rookie's Jenna Dewan finished tied upon the top of the scoreboard this week after earning perfect scores in both the individual and group dances. Shum Jr. will have immunity for next week's dance-off, earning the prize thanks to having the overall high points on the season.
So who went home this week?
The bottom two was made up of
actress Julia Stiles and reality star and model Maura Higgins, but it's the end of the road for Stiles and her pro Ezra Sosa. The duo performed a Paso Doble to "Satisfied" from the hit Broadway show Hamilton.
Stiles joins influencers Conner Leavitt (Secret Lives of Mormon Wives) and Sarah Jane Nader (Love Thy Nader), Italian cooking icon Giada De Laurentiis, pop star Taylor Hanson, reality star Ciara Miller, Jimmy Kimmel Live! personality Guillermo Rodriguez, Savannah Bananas' Jackson Olson and Bachelorette personality Tyler Cameron as celebrities eliminated so far this season.
Dancing with the Stars goes back to it's usual Tuesday night next week with Grammy Night.
