Remember back in 2024 when Dwyane Wade's Miami Heat statue was revealed and it was all kinds of awkward because it didn't look anything like him? Fans made so many memes. Wade himself had the most awkward reaction to it. The sculptor of the statue had to defend it.
Some work was put in to the face, and... IT LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER! That's huge. Good job by whoever put in the work to make it more D-Wade-y. The before and after is just wild. No more memes (or at least ones mocking the statue) for now.
