The Green Bay Packers have been holding strong this season without Micah Parsons, their defensive talisman and best player. The Packers will have to hold on a little longer without Parsons' dynamic, game-wrecking services, even though they finally have a concrete return date in mind for the superstar pass rusher.
While Parsons will obviously miss Sunday's game against the New England Patriots, both the Packers and Parsons have already set his return into motion behind the scenes. Both parties are aligned on Parsons making his 2026 season debut on Thanksgiving Eve against the Los Angeles Rams on the road on Wednesday, November 25th. Parsons has missed the entire season to date after tearing his ACL in mid-December of 2025.
So, even though Parsons
will miss a few more games, it's nice to hear that his comeback to the field is likely looming and just around the corner:

For what it's worth, Parsons himself didn't deny a Thanksgiving Eve return target for the Packers earlier this week. However, he also didn't 100 percent guarantee it because it will still depend on how he's feeling in the lead-up to that matchup.
That's completely fair and understandable:

Take solace, Packers fans. The wait will be a little longer, but one of your franchise players should probably be back by the end of the month.
