Law and Order: SVU star Mariska Hargitay has spent many nights watching Jalen Brunson work at Madison Square Garden on his way to an NBA championship with the New York Knicks. Now? According to a report, Brunson will return the favor. As you may recall, the two are friends.
Per Variety, Brunson "is expected to appear via a pre-tape at the start of the telecast" and "Hargitay will then continue that performance live on stage, with dancers and other performers. That will then lead to Hargitay’s opening host monologue."
Does that mean we might see Brunson dance? Maybe it'll be some kind of fun Law and Order parody. We'll see.
How did Mariska Hargitay and Jalen Brunson become friends?
Hargitay spoke about it a little bit on Late Night with Seth Meyers as you can see above: He was a fan of hers and of SVU and so
their friendship blossomed from there.
