The newest episode of Ted Lasso's fourth season dropped on Wednesday, and with it came a fan favorite character's return. Up until this point of the season, fans of the quirky-yet-heartfelt soccer comedy on Apple TV had been without everyone's favorite arrogant footballer.
Due to the show shifting focus from Ted Lasso (Jason Sudeikis) coaching the Richmond men's squad to taking on the challenge of starting up the women's team, a handful of characters have been absent. Although Keeley (Juno Temple), Rebecca (Hannah Waddingham), Higgins (Jeremy Swift) and Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein) have all been carried over, Jamie Tartt (Phil Dunster) was not expected to have a role this season.
Viewers were in for a treat in episode 6 as Tartt made his triumphant
return in the most perfect way.

The show had Roy, Keeley and Rebecca go to a New Year's Eve party, which turned out to be a vodka release event for a new Tartt-branded alcohol. It was a truly perfect way to reunite the begrudging best friends, and it ended with Roy needing an emergency trip to the hospital after their dance routine.
