After having already traded for Trent McDuffie and Myles Garrett this offseason, the Los Angeles Rams had every right to be feeling themselves. Most have had them pegged as the favorite to win Super Bowl 61 this February for a little while now. Now throw in future First-Ballot Hall of Fame defensive tackle Aaron Donald back into the mix, after the superstar announced his unretirement on Sunday
. Oh, my goodness.The Rams almost have an air of inevitability now. And they definitely know it. With Los Angeles presumably set to re-introduce Donald to its fanbase in the coming days, the Rams' X account took a petty (but delightful) potshot at the Miami Heat for their now-infamous YouTube snafu with a premature LeBron James press conference link.
The
Rams don't have to worry about such a mistake with Donald already on their roster. But it's nice to know they're thinking about "precautions." How thoughtful (thoughtfulness is not at all their motivation with this post).
Anybody know how to set up a YouTube live stream without it going public? Need to test for something.

Let's be clear, the Heat still also won here. They may not have gotten James, but they did get perennial MVP-caliber superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is still in his prime. They should be a force in the Eastern Conference in the coming years. But it's clear no one is ever going to let them live that YouTube mistake down, if even an NFL team like the Rams is referencing it after receiving good news of their own.
Long live the petty.
