The Los Angeles Rams' Alaric Jackson was rightfully suspended -- one game after an appeal reduced it from two contests -- for a postgame punch captured by cameras on Monday in which he struck Buffalo Bills EDGE Bradley Chubb.
So what exactly led to that punch in the first place? Chubb spoke to reporters on Wednesday and broke it all down with what he claims was said... and what wasn't. He claims he wasn't talking smack about Jackson's mom, despite rumors.
"I said, 'We're gonna see y'all's [expletive] again. And when we see y'all again, all that chipping ain't gonna save you. That tight end and guard is not going to save you.' He said, 'What'd you say?' I said, 'Like I said, that chip's not gonna save you. The guard's not gonna save you.' And that's
the situation."

There you go! No moms mentioned. We'll see if Jackson corroborates any of that after his suspension... or if the Rams lineman just moves on.
