Former NFL receiver Plaxico Burress said he doesn't see much of a difference between playing for the New York Jets and going to prison.
Burress served 20 months in prison in connection to his infamous, accidental self-shooting
in Miami. He also played for the Jets in 2011. On Lil Wayne and Craig Carton's Joint Venture Show, Burress said the experiences weren't all that dissimilar when asked which was worse."They're both of kind of similar because when I walked in the prison on my first day, I was like, 'Damn, man, you are a [expletive] loser," Burress said on the show. "I had the same damn feeling every day I walk through the door with the Jets."
OUCH. That's just brutal to hear if you're a Jets fan.

While we're sure
that playing for the Jets isn't all THAT bad compared to literally going to prison, Burress' sentiments just underline how miserable it must be to play for a franchise that has lost so many games.
