Al Michaels has been known to go viral for his commentary on the air, whether it's about betting or delivering some of his opinions. On Thursday night, with the legendary play-by-play man calling the New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns preseason game, he did it again.
With President Donald Trump signing an executive order to change the name of Lake Ontario to Lake America, Michaels had this commentary for a shot of Lake Erie: "That is Lake Erie. We think it is still called Lake Erie, we're not quite sure at this point. But we'll be by Lake -- something like -- Ontario or whatever it's going to be called by the time we get to Buffalo. Anyway, you know what I'm talking about.
"Read the news," he added.
Not too subtle there, was he?
