After the Las Vegas Raiders were able to jump out to a 2-0 start to the season without star tight end Brock Bowers, we could only imagine how good they might be once Bowers returned. After Week 3, we won't have to imagine any longer.
Bowers is expected to make his season debut today against the New Orleans Saints, barring a surprise, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported Sunday morning. The news comes after head coach Klint Kubiak said earlier in the week he was optimistic about Bowers playing for the first time since undergoing a meniscus trim procedure on Sept. 8.
If Bowers does in fact play, as expected, it'll be his first game since Week 16 of an injury-riddled 2025. Despite playing just 12 games, he still led the team with 64 receptions and seven
touchdowns, and finished second with 680 yards.
Should Brock Bowers start in fantasy?
Yes. Bowers is one of the very best tight ends in football and should start every week he's available, regardless of matchup.
