The Ravens only needed one half to look like a juggernaut under new head coach Jesse Minter, but the 31-point first half still had Baltimore concerned about its top receiver.
Zay Flowers had been dealing with some hamstring discomfort earlier in the week. He was limited on Wednesday but was ready to go come Sunday against the Colts. But hamstrings can linger, and Flowers appeared to deal with just that in the midst of a monster first-half performance.
Shortly after Flowers scored on a 54-yard catch and run, the Ravens receiver was seen grabbing at his hamstring in the next possession. He didn't immediately go to the medical tent, but he was clearly feeling something off with that hamstring.

Flowers would eventually leave the game, and the Ravens ruled him questionable to return with a hamstring injury.
