Manchester City was found guilty last week of 114 of 115 charges for violating financial fair play rules. And on Tuesday, the Premier League affirmed the club's guiltby delivering yet another guilty verdict on all charges.
According to the findings, City cheated brazenly since 2008 and made $1.19 billion in sham payments. But when asked to answer to that guilt, Manchester City CEO Ferran Soriano couldn't have left the room any quicker.
Soriano was attending the European Football Clubs board meeting in Copenhagen when the Premier League returned the guilty verdict, giving the club until Friday to appeal the findings. Soriano had to have known more bad news was coming, but he was shockingly unprepared to even offer a coached-up response to questions.
Sky News reporter Rob Harris confronted Soriano on Tuesday. But after initially declining comment, Soriano grew agitated as Harris continued the questions.

It remains to be seen what punishment ultimately hits Manchester City. But Premier League expulsion, points reductions, stripped titles and transfer bans could be on the table.
Soriano joined Manchester City in 2012 where a bulk of the cheating was under his watch.
