Week 1 was a successful one for bettors. Eight of the 10 most popular anytime touchdown scorer props cashed, according to Yahoo Sports' Ben Fawkes. Sportsbooks were left licking their wounds.
If you know anything about the ebbs and flows of a football season, you know that's not necessarily something bettors can expect to happen again. So tail the public with caution. The most popular Week 2 touchdown props at BetMGM are David Montgomery (-140), Saquon Barkley (-120), Colston Loveland (+175), Derrick Henry (-225) and Tucker Kraft +185).

Bengals at Texans
Ja'Marr Chase (+115)
Joe Burrow and Cincinnati will make a concerted effort to get Chase the ball after a disappointing opener,
with just two catches for 12 yards. Especially with how vulnerable Houston's defense looked Week 1 against Buffalo.
Browns at Buccaneers
Chris Godwin Jr. (+210)
Cleveland was torched all around by Trevor Lawrence last week, but a lot of that damage was done by Parker Washington, who often operated in the slot similar to Godwin.
Steelers at Patriots
Rhamondre Stevenson (+100)
TreVeyon Henderson could eat into Stevenson's workload a little, but there should be plenty touches to go around in a potential low-scoring affair. Plus, in addition to what the Steelers gave up to running backs on the ground last week, they also gave up eight catches for 90 yards and a score.
Packers at Jets
Christian Watson (+175)
The Jets will be more vulnerable in the secondary with Minkah Fitzpatrick likely to miss this one. Watson is coming off a huge game against Minnesota, where he caught six passes for 147 yards and two touchdowns.
Panthers at Falcons
Jalen Coker (+250)
Bijan Robinson (-210) is the easy call after what D'Andre Swift was able to do to Carolina last week. But for better value on a solo play, Coker is coming off a dynamic game against Chicago and has another good matchup here.
Eagles at Titans
Dallas Goedert (+210)
This was a toss-up between Goedert and DeVonta Smith (+190) for me, but I leaned Goedert simply because of how last week played out. Though Smith led the team in targets, Goedert finished more catches including two of Jalen Hurts' three touchdown throws.
Saints at Ravens
Lamar Jackson (+195)
With leading receivers Zay Flowers and Ja'Kobi Lane both out, Jackson may have to take things into his own hands more than usual.
Vikings at Bears
Justin Jefferson (+155)
If the Bears had a hard time against Jalen Coker last week, I'm not sure what they're supposed to do with Jefferson, who's coming off a good game even with Carson Wentz at QB.
Jaguars at Broncos
RJ Harvey (+190)
Harvey is the pass-catching back of this team, which is why he led Denver in snaps in a Week 1 loss. If he plays through a questionable tag, he provides a little more upside than J.K. Dobbins (+100), who's an otherwise solid option if Harvey is ruled out.
Raiders at Chargers
Ashton Jeanty (-110)
I'm not buying the Raiders as better than the Chargers after their Week 1 win and LA's disappointing loss, but I am buying these teams being closer than we thought and Jeanty having a role in another potential Chargers upset.
Commanders at Cowboys
CeeDee Lamb (+110)
Washington's defense still has a ton of question marks, and Lamb remains Dak Prescott's favorite target after seeing eight passes thrown his way in Week 1 for five catches.
Seahawks at Cardinals
Jaxon Smith-Njiba (+135)
Backup quarterbacks like Drew Lock tend to lean on their best receivers even more than starters, so expect JSN to see the ball a lot in this one.
Dolphins at 49ers
Deebo Samuel (+220)
It's pick your poison with these Niners against the Dolphins. My preferred pick would be Christian McCaffrey, but not at his -260 odds. Instead, give me Samuel, who's so hard to account for as the gadget player in this offense.
