The Tennessee Titans' season is going down the dumpster once again, and things are looking even more grim following the Jeffery Simmons trade to the Chicago Bears. Tennessee got two first-round picks and a fourth-rounder from Chicago, a positive development for their future that does the opposite for their present.
As such, the Titans' opponents are salivating over the prospects of facing a Simmons-less defensive line. Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Ted Karras admitted as much to reporters ahead of their matchup Sunday.
"Well, two hours of anxiety last night is gone," Karras said.

All-Pro receiver Ja'Marr Chase had some jokes of his own.
"I don't have to block him," a smiling Chase said, drawing laughter from the media. "We're definitely glad he made it a little better for us."
Simmons, 29, is a four-time Pro Bowler who's coming off his first All-Pro season. He's at the peak of his career and will elevate the Bears as Ben Johnson's squad is looking increasingly like a Super Bowl contender.
