There was some uncertainty heading into Sunday night's New York Giants game for star wideout Malik Nabers, who was coming off a preseason in which he worked his way back from a torn ACL. Would he play against the Dallas Cowboys in primetime and be able to take the hits he hadn't absorbed in the preseason?
The answer may have come thanks to a wild move from head coach John Harbaugh, who... tackled his receiver before the game. Courtesy of QB Jaxson Dart comes the story told to reporters after the win against the Dallas Cowboys: Right before team walkthrough, Harbaugh noted that once Nabers got hit, the receiver would feel OK.
"All of a sudden, [Nabers] goes down on the ground, and our team is super protective of him," he recounted. "So we all turned
to look and it's Coach Harbs tackling [him]. He pops up, he goes, 'See? You're all good."

Nabers ended up with the game ball after catching six passes for 69 yards. And maybe he has his head coach to thank for an unexpected move.
