Texas superstar defensive end Colin Simmons, arguably the best defensive player in the country, left Saturday's Florida home loss and did not return to the game.
In the fourth quarter, Simmons exited the game on a cart and did not return to the field in the Longhorns' upset loss to the Gators. Simmons looked to be walking with a bit of discomfort, seemingly indicating a lower body injury.
We'll wait to hear from Texas coach Steve Sarkisian on what might be going on with Simmons, but this is obviously a very concerning injury for the program as it takes its second loss of the season.

We'd hate to see Simmons miss any time.
When is Texas' next game?
The team hosts Ole Miss on Saturday,
Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. ET.
