The Green Bay Packers are kind of firing on all cylinders lately, having won four of their last five games entering a road game with the New England Patriots on Sunday. However, in the first quarter, the Packers' struggling running game took a hit after an injury.
Starting tailback Josh Jacobs, who has four allegations of abuse from four different women, had to leave Sunday's road matchup early with what is being called a hand injury. The injury appeared to happen as Jacobs had his hand tied up in a Patriots defender's facemask during a first-quarter run. Jacobs appeared to be in a lot of pain while receiving treatment before going back to the locker room.

For what it's worth, Jacobs' injury might not be too serious, though the Packers did say he is questionable to return against the Patriots:

We'll monitor this Jacobs situation as it continues to develop, and we will see how the Packers fare without him.
Who is Josh Jacobs' backup on the Packers?
With both Jacobs and his regular backup, Marshawn Lloyd, out for the time being, look for Pierre Strong Jr. to get the lion's share of carries in the Packers' backfield. Strong is in his fourth NFL season. It is his first with the Packers.
