As we wait for more information on Oregon QB Dante Moore after he was taken to a local hospital on Saturday, there have been some updates from his head coach, Dan Lanning.
Moore took a late hit from USC's Desman Stephens II and was put on a stretcher and into an ambulance. There were various reports about seeing Moore making some movement, and Lanning had more to say after the game.
"He's in recovery," Lanning said via USA TODAY Sports after the Ducks' 41-27 win. "I don't want to speak too soon, but he is moving, he has the ability to move. We'll continue to assess him, but I don't want to make any speculation or further thoughts on that until we have more information on him."

"It's a disgusting play. You don't want to see it happen. It's disappointing that it happened. And I'm praying that our players' [are] healthy, I'm praying that their player can learn from that situation because that's not a moment you want to be a part of."
