Nebraska volleyball officially rescheduled its match with the Missouri Tigers. The match will take place on September 23 in John Cook Arena and will start at 6 PM CT.
This is a makeup of the match at Wrigley Field on September 6. The match was suspended in the first set due to Supreme Court conditions. Nebraska led 11-7 in the first set when play was stopped. The court was slippery due to high humidity and heavy condensation. The match was not able to resume.
The Missouri match will be the second of four matches next week for the program. Florida Gulf Coast, Rutgers, and Ohio State are the other matches on the schedule
This should be an exciting match, as both teams possess tremendous talent and dynamic skill sets. Combined with a home crowd, that
should make for a fun evening. If anything, it will just be another strong test for an already battle-tested group.
The match will be televised on BTN and will start over at 0-0 after an agreement between the two head coaches.
