Nebraska quarterback commit Trae Taylor had another strong game on Friday night for Millard South. He accounted for seven touchdowns in a 49-47 win over Omaha North.
Taylor went 24-of-32, throwing for 293 yards and four touchdowns. He also did it on the ground, carrying the ball 16 times for 133 yards and three touchdowns. It was another complete performance by a quarterback who has been dominant this season.
The class of 2027 quarterback is 105-of-170 on the year, throwing for 1,469 yards, 18 touchdowns, and two interceptions according to statistics from MaxPreps.com.He also has over 473 rushing yards and eight touchdowns.
It's encouraging to see a five-star prospect play so well out of the gate, as Nebraska looks to develop its quarterback of the future.
The Huskers class of 2027 holds 21 commits and ranks 6th in the Big Ten and 18th in the nation according to Rivals.
