Nebraska remained ranked No. 1 in the latest AVCA Coaches Poll released on Sept. 14. It's the Huskers' 127th week all-time at No. 1 in the AVCA Coaches Poll, the most of any program in the nation.
Wednesday's game is the third time that Nebraska has played a volleyball match at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Huskers are 2-0 all-time at PBA after opening the 2025 season with wins against No. 3 Pitt and No. 6 Stanford at the AVCA First Serve.
Creighton was unanimously favored to lead the BIG EAST in 2026. Last season, the Bluejays finished
16-0 in conference play and won their 12th straight BIG EAST regular-season title.
