Nebraska volleyball was No. 1 in the latest AVCA Coaches Poll, released Oct. 5. It marks Nebraska’s 130th week at No. 1 in the AVCA Coaches Poll, the most of any program in the nation.
The Huskers are on a 46-match regular-season winning streak that dates to the 2024 season. This is the second-longest regular-season winning streak in program history in the NCAA era (since 1981).
Coach Dani Busboom Kelly has had great success against ranked teams. At Nebraska, she's 18-1 against ranked teams over the past two seasons.
Senior Andi Jackson was named the Big Ten Player of
the Week for the second consecutive week. The senior is the third Husker to win the honor in back-to-back weeks. She joins Madi Kubik in 2021 (Oct. 11, Oct. 18) and Kelsey Robinson in 2013 (Nov. 4, Nov. 11, Nov. 18).
