The Nebraska Cornhuskers will participate in Monday's Big Ten volleyball media days from Chicago. The fifth annual event at Big Ten Network Studios will feature all 18 schools, represented by their head coach and two student-athletes.
Seniors Bergen Reilly and Andi Jackson
will represent Nebraska. They will be joined by head coach Dani Busboom Kelly, who will be making her second appearance at Big Ten media days.Setter Bergen Reilly is coming off a record-setting junior season. The First-Team All-American won AVCA Setter of the Year, Big Ten Player of the Year and Big Ten Setter of the Year. She averaged 10.47 assists per set, 2.70 digs per set with 73 kills, 67 blocks and 19 aces.
Jackson also had a successful 2025 campaign, earning AVCA Middle
Blocker of the Year and first-team All-America honors for the second consecutive season. She recorded 2.74 kills per set and led the nation with a .467 hitting percentage.
The event comes after the Big Ten released its preseason poll. The 18 head coaches of the conference picked the Huskers as the unanimous favorite in the preseason poll after Nebraska won its sixth Big Ten title last season with a perfect 20-0 conference record in 2026.
The Huskers finished the season 33-1 and reached the NCAA Regional Final. Over the past three seasons, Nebraska is 58-2 in the Big Ten Conference.
This is also the first year the Big Ten is holding a tournament. The inaugural tournament is set for November 20-25, 2026, at Fishers Event Center, home of Major League Volleyball’s Indy Ignite.
