The Indianapolis Colts have several notable players attracting trade interest, but two franchise cornerstones may be more likely to depart than Jonathan Taylor.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday, Oct. 26, that defensive tackle DeForest Buckner and guard Quenton Nelson are the realistic trade candidates over Taylor, whom Indianapolis considers a vital piece of its future.
"The Colts view him as a big part of their franchise turnaround," Rapoport said on NFL Network's "The Aftermath."
"Anyone can be had via trade, but this one is gonna be pricey if it happens. DeForest Buckner and Quenton Nelson are probably more likely pieces to be traded. I know the San Francisco 49ers have some interest in DeForest Buckner. I know Quenton Nelson has
a lot of interest around the league."

The update comes after Indianapolis fell to 2-5 following Sunday's 16-10 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
According to an ESPN report Sunday, the Colts planned to evaluate their games against Minnesota, Jacksonville and Dallas before determining whether to become sellers.
With the Nov. 10 trade deadline around the corner, Indianapolis has big decisions ahead about its veteran stalwarts in the wake of general manager Chris Ballard's dismissal.
