The Indianapolis Colts will reportedly be working out a tight end ahead of the regular season starting.
According to Aaron Wilson, the Colts will host Rivaldo Fairweather for a workout on Sept. 8. Fairweather also worked out with the Chiefs on Sept. 4.

Fairweather, who is listed at 6-4, 252 pounds, went undrafted in 2025 out of Auburn. He has spent time with Dallas and, most recently, Arizona.
This preseason, Fairweather was active in the passing game, catching 17-of-20 passes for 150 yards. Fairweather has not appeared in a regular-season game.
He led the league in preseason receptions.
During his final two seasons at Auburn, Fairweather caught 64 passes for 721 yards with eight touchdowns. Over 50% of Fairweather's snaps came from the slot in 2024.
The Colts' interest in Fairweather comes with Will Mallory on IR, leaving the team with only three tight ends on the active roster. Indianapolis also does not have a tight end on the practice squad at the moment.
