As you put together your Week 6 fantasy football lineup, Matt Okada of NFL.com believes thatIndianapolis Colts' wide receiver Josh Downs needs to be one of your starters.
Up next for Downs and the Colts' offense is a matchup with the Tennessee Titans at Lucas Oil Stadium.
"Downs comfortably leads Indianapolis with a 30.3% air yards share and faces a Titans defense allowing a league-high 133.4 passer rating when targeted and a monster 11.5 yards per target to wide receivers aligned in the slot. He’s back on the "start" radar this week," Okada wrote.
Downs remains a go-to target for Daniel Jones and an efficient option in the passing game as well. This season, he has caught 20-of-31 passes for 249 yards -- the most on the team -- with 13 of his receptions
picking up first downs.
Downs has also seen more opportunities to impact the intermediate and even deep levels of the field this season.
That said, without Alec Pierce, all the attention from opposing defenses is often on Downs, which has limited his production at times as well.
