Washington Commanders' quarterback Jayden Daniels was limited with a left elbow injury in the team's first practice ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Indianapolis Colts in London.
Daniels suffered a dislocated elbow in the Commanders' Week 2 loss to Dallas. He did not play last week against Seattle.
According to Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic, Commanders' head coach Dan Quinn said that the team wants to see how Daniels looks in practice this week before deciding whether or not he will play against the Colts.
As a rookie during the 2024 season, Daniels helped lead the Commanders to the NFC Championship Game. An elbow injury in 2025 limited him to onlyseven games.
For his career, he's completed 66% of his passes for 5,090 yards with 36 touchdowns
to 12 interceptions.
If Daniels can't go, the Commanders will again turn to Marcus Mariota, who led Washington to victory in Week 3 over Seattle.
