SevenIndianapolis Colts players will be inactive for the team's Week 8 matchup with the Jaguars.
On game days, teams are permitted to have only 48 players active and available.
Colts Week 8 inactives vs. Jaguars
- LB Bryce Boettcher
- TE Pharaoh Brown
- DT Kevin Givens
- OT Charlie Heck
- WR Anthony Gould
- QB Riley Leonard
- CB Justin Walley
Boettcher (groin) was questionable for this game, while Walley (knee) was ruled out on Friday. Gould (concussion) was ruled out as well.
Jaylon Carlies and Austin Ajiake will provide depth at linebacker, with CJ Allen and Akeem Davis-Gaither as the two potential starters. At the nickel position, we could see Kapena Gushiken.
Givens and Heck were both just signed to the 53-man roster this week and are acclimating to the new systems.
With Tyler Warren back, Brown is inactive. The Colts also have Will Mallory, Drew Ogletree, and Mo Alie-Cox at tight end.
Leonard has been inactive
in each game this season.
