Indianapolis Colts cornerback Charvarius Ward popped up on the Thursday injury report.
After having a rest day on Wednesday, Ward was limited on Thursday due to a groin injury. As far as what this might mean for Sunday, Friday's practice will give us a better indication.
In four games this season, Ward has been excellent, allowing just six completions on 16 targets with a pass breakup.
Some good news for the Colts is that center Tanor Bortolini (ankle) returned in a limited capacity. Linebacker Akeem Davis-Gaither (knee) was upgraded from a non-participant to a full participant as well.
Keenan Allen (groin) was again limited, while Will Mallory continues to work his way back from a thumb injury in his return from IR. He was again a full participant.
Ashton Dulin (hamstring) and Jaylon Carlies (rib) both did not practice again. If Carlies can't go, Bryce Boettcher could be in line for the start. Laquon Treadwell and potentially Darius Slayton are next up on the depth chart at wide receiver.
Arden Key (hamstring), who is expected to miss some time, did not practice either.
Jonathan Taylor was a full participant after a rest day, while Grover Stewart took his rest day on Thursday.
