On game days, teams are permitted to have only 48 players active and available.

Not listed is CB Charvarius Ward (groin), who was questionable. He will be available to start in this game.
Also of note, Slayton, who was signed earlier in the week, will not play. Slayton is likely still getting acclimated to the Colts' offense. Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who was elevated from the practice squad, will provide depth.
Dulin (ankle) was ruled out on Friday. He did not play last week either. Anthony Gould was signed to the 53-man roster on Saturday and will handle return duties again.
Leonard, Giddens,
Gumbs, and Tucker have been inactive in each game this season.
