The Indianapolis Colts have made a veteran addition to the offensive line unit.
The team announced on Thursday that it signed free agent tackle Charlie Heck to the 53-man roster.
Heck has appeared in 67 games over his career, which began in 2020 as a fourth-round pick by the Houston Texans. The bulk of his snaps have come at right tackle. Last season, he played 473 snaps with Tampa Bay.
This addition bolsters the Colts' tackle depth, which has been light for much of the season.

We have released LB Germaine Pratt from the practice squad.
Along with signing Heck, the Colts made two moves on the practice squad, which includes releasing LB Germaine Pratt, who
was signed a few weeks ago.
Pratt started 12 games for the Colts last season and has ample experience playing under Lou Anarumo in his career. He was elevated for last week's game and played 20 defensive snaps. This move comes as the Colts are getting healthier at linebacker.
Lastly, with an open spot on the practice squad, the Colts signed Joshua Gray. He went undrafted in 2025 and has spent time with Atlanta, Minnesota, and Carolina.
