The expectation is thatIndianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce will play in Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens. However, what Pierce's workload will look like from a rep standpoint still remains to be seen.
"Just gotta see how this week goes and continue to build more in practice and get to it," Pierce said on Wednesday, via Locked on Colts.

Pierce underwent offseason ankle surgery and spent most of training camp on the physically unable to perform list, rehabbing from the injury.
He returned to the final training camp practice prior to the preseason finale against Detroit and has been on the field since. During Wednesday's practice, Pierce
was listed as a limited participant.
"Every day getting better and we still got a lot of days until game day," Pierce said. "So just keep getting better every day."
Pierce has established himself as a big play threat in the passing game, but this season, his role within the offense is expected to expand.
"I want to do as much as I can for this team to help them win and help them be an explosive offense," said Pierce.
