Following the conclusion of the preseason for theIndianapolis Colts, next up is roster cutdown day for GM Chris Ballard, head coach Shane Steichen, and other decision-makers.
While the preseason games and joint practices will carry more weight in the evaluation process, everything that has taken place since OTAs in the spring will be taken into consideration as Ballard constructs this year's initial 53-man roster.

Roster cuts deadline
The NFL requires all 32 teams to trim their rosters down to 53 players by Sunday, Aug. 30, at 6 p.m. ET.
Where are the Colts in the waiver order?
The initial waiver order from now through Week 3 is the same as the original draft order before trades. This puts the Colts at 16th.
