The Indianapolis Colts have downgraded wide receiver Darius Slayton from questionable to out for Sunday's Week 5 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Slayton popped up on the Friday injury report with a knee injury. He was a full participant on Wednesday and Thursday and wasn't listed on the initial injury reports.

Since signing with the Colts, Slayton has yet to appear in a game. He missed the first two games while still acclimating to the new playbook.
"Darius is still just learning the offense," Steichen said last Sunday, via Colts.com.
The Colts signed Slayton to provide a much-needed vertical presence while Alec Pierce is on IR.
Without that skill set
on offense, not only is there a lack of explosive plays, but moving the ball on short to intermediate routes has been more challenging as well.
