FormerIndianapolis Colts' cornerback Jaylon Jones has landed with a division rival.

According to Jordan Schultz, Jones is signing a free-agent deal with the Tennessee Titans. He will be reunited with defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, who Jones played for during his first two NFL seasons.

Jones made the Colts' initial 53-man roster, but was released earlier this week. After going unclaimed on waivers, he became a free agent.

A seventh-round pick by the Colts in 2024, Jones played 788 defensive snaps as a rookie and 1,146 in his sophomore season. However,

under defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo in 2025, Jones struggled to find his footing defensively.

He missed some time last season due to injury, but even when available, he was mostly a special teams player. Throughout training camp, Jones was often working with the reserve defenders.

Jones has logged 17 pass breakups and two interceptions in his career, allowing a completion rate when targeted of 60.1 percent. He made 29 career starts in Indianapolis.
