The Indianapolis Coltsare known to have representatives at a college football game on the weekend of Sept. 26.
According to Ryan Fowler, the Colts were one of several NFL teams in attendance at the Notre Dame vs. Purdue game. The 49ers, Giants, Ravens, Texans, and Dolphins were also among those represented at this matchup.

Scouts and/or personnel executives attending college football games in person is common practice in the NFL. It is a regular part of the evaluation process.
