The summer is winding down and the open pickup runs are beginning to end as teams get set to head to training camp and prepare for the upcoming season. The Philadelphia 76ers are about to embark on what they hope will be a long and successful playoff run and win the franchise's first title since 1983.
As the Sixers prepare for what's to come, the roster has been out at UCLA for the famed Rico Hines Runs. In a photo dump, second-year guard VJ Edgecombe, rookie Labaron Philon Jr., big man Dominick Barlow, and veteran addition Kentavious Caldwell-Pope were featured as Philadelphia looks to get the reps needed to build chemistry and cohesion for the 2026-27 season.
The Sixers will be looking to build a championship-ready roster after the moves made
in the offseason. President of Basketball Operations Mike Gansey had a successful first summer on the job, but the roster must now get after it when the season begins in October.
