The Philadelphia 76ers will continue the road trip on Friday when they pay a visit to the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Cup. The Sixers are looking to improve to 2-0 in Cup play and improve to 2-0 on this 3-game trip after earning a win on Wednesday over the Detroit Pistons.
As far as the injury report is concerned, the only players out are Dominick Barlow (low back stress reaction) and Ariel Hukporti (right Achilles tear). Coach Nick Nurse did give an update on Barlow as Philadelphia continues to work toward making his season debut.
Adem Bona is listed as doubtful due to a cervical spine sprain. Nurse did state after the win over the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday that he left the game with neck soreness.
Joel Embiid is not listed. The big fella
has been dealing with right foot plantar fascia, but he has been able to play through it in an effort to stay on the floor and help the Sixers move forward.
