Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey will be looking to continue being the leader for this group as they head into a season in which they have a ton of championship expectations. The No. 21 pick of the 2020 draft is set to enter year No. 7 and is coming off a season in which he averaged 28.3 points on his way to being named an All-Star and to the All-NBA Third Team.
As Maxey gets set to take another step forward alongside LeBron James, Jaylen Brown, and Joel Embiid, the star guard is, of course, back in the gym working with trainer Chris Johnson on different acrobatic finishes at the basket. Obviously, Maxey is not the tallest player on the floor and has to get crafty around the basket for finishes and find easy looks for himself.
The Sixers will
be looking to Maxey to take the work he's put in and implement it to the floor. As Philadelphia moves into the new season, it will look to the former Kentucky star to take another step forward in his game.
