The offseason is coming to a close in the NBA as teams prepare for media day and training camp in preparation for the 2026-27 season. That means it's time to get the summer work all done and over with as everybody gets ready for the challenges they will surely face.
Philadelphia 76ers star Tyrese Maxey is looking to get the team over the hump as he takes another step forward in his career. The 2-time All-Star guard is now set to enter his 7th year in the league and will be looking to continue growing as a leader and as a basketball player in the NBA.
Maxey entered the ring and got some boxing work in at Philadelphia native Jaron "Boots" Ennis' gym. Video footage showed it wasn't a boxing match, but the star guard got some real boxing workouts
in as he hit the mitts in the ring.
