The stardom of Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey continues to rise as the now 7-year guard has a new signature shoe coming out with New Balance.
The Maxey V1, which is "Built on Joy" will be released on Oct. 2 as he continues to rise in this league. He is coming off a season in which he averaged 28.3 points, 6.6 assists, and 4.1 rebounds as he threw the Sixers on his back nightly in the 2025-26 season. He was an All-Star for the second time in his career and was voted as a starter for the first time as he continues to establish himself as one of the premier players in this league.
Late in the offseason, Maxey took a trip to China to promote the shoe and continue to grow a global following for his overall brand.
Maxey and the Sixers will convene
for training camp on Tuesday to prep for the 2026-27 season which will be filled with heavy expectations.
