The Philadelphia 76ers will officially head to Madison Square Garden to open the 2026-27 season on Tuesday against the New York Knicks. The Sixers will see what they're made of as they take on the defending champs in an effort to put their brand new roster to the test.
As far as the injury report is concerned, Dean Wade is questionable due to a left ankle sprain. He left the preseason finale late in the first half with injury and he missed a practice on Sunday before being a partial participant on Monday.
Dominick Barlow (low back stress reaction) is listed as out along with Ariel Hukporti (ruptured right Achilles) and Tacko Fall (left quadriceps strain). Barlow will be re-evaluated in two weeks.
Anfernee Simons (left hamstring tightness) and Adem
Bona (left foot sprain) are both listed as questionable after both missed the entire preseason due to their respective injuries.
