The Oregon Ducks didn't look like an offense capable of winning a football game for three quarters. Stagnant would be putting it lightly, but the Ducks managed just 91 yards in three quarters while punting seven times.
Fans clamored all night for Dylan Raiola to enter the game against his former team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, as the Oregon defense played lights out and kept the Ducks in the game. In the fourth quarter, Dan Lanning finally relented, and Raiola trotted on the field to massive cheers from the Autzen crowd, hoping to stage a comeback for the ages.
Raiola did just that, leading scoring drives that lasted 17 and 20 plays, respectively. The final blow came when Raiola climbed the pocket and found Jamari Johnson tightroping the back
of the end zone. Johnson held on and got his feet down for the go-ahead touchdown with just 28 seconds to play.
Oregon's defense held on and helped the Ducks improve to 4-2 on the season, earning a much-needed bounce-back win in front of an anxious fan base. Ducks fans had plenty to say on social media as the Ducks started slow but finished strong again to complete the comeback with an 11-point fourth quarter.
Here are the top reactions from Oregon's win over Nebraska.
Brock Thomas' First Start
This is Brock Thomas’ 5th year at Oregon. He knew he’d only be 3rd on the depth chart. He could have gone to some G5 and gotten their starting role in his final year. But he didn’t. Because a night like tonight is all he’s wanted since he was a freshman at Sheldon High School. pic.twitter.com/iYc2ZMZRWQ

Autzen Is Tough ... On The Ducks?
They just called Autzen “a tough environment” for Brock Thomas. It’s his own stadium. Oregon is the home team. pic.twitter.com/dup4tXuEe3
