The 2026 college football season is here and for those who are not lucky enough to be one of the 56,000 inside Autzen Stadium on Saturday to watch the Oregon Ducks play the Boise State Broncos, there are several different options for you.
For their season opener, CBS has decided to televise the Ducks and Broncos. Oregon has been a popular team for the network, as the Ducks were on CBS five times last season. We know that CBS is set to broadcast the game at Ohio State Nov. 7, but it's unknown how many more times Oregon will be on the network this season. Odds are it'll be at least a couple more times. The 12:30 pm kickoff seems to be popular with fans.
Oregon comes into the year ranked No. 2 in the nation and a contender to compete for its first
national championship in the program's history. That alone makes the Ducks a popular choice for the networks, as their games are often high in the ratings.
As long as the Ducks keep winning, expect CBS to be there for a lot of the time in 2026. We start here with what should be a decent matchup with Boise State, although the betting sites may think differently. Here is all you need to know going into Oregon's game on Saturday.
What channel is Oregon vs. Boise State on today?
- TV Channel: CBS
- Streaming: Paramount +
Game 1 will be on CBS with Brad Nessler returning to his play-by-play duties, but he will have a different partner this year. Charles Davis will take over for longtime CBS analyst Gary Danielson, who retired at the end of the 2025 season. He has worked for a number of different outlets over the span of two decades and should bring a fresh, new perspective to the coverage. Those two in the booth will be complemented by sideline reporter Jenny Dell.
On the radio side of things, Oregon legends Jerry Allen and Mike Jorgenson are set to bring you action, along with sideline reporter Dusty Harrah.

Oregon vs. Boise State odds and info
Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook as of Friday, Sept. 4
- Spread: Oregon -24.5
- Over/Under: 51.5
- Money line: Oregon -4000, Boise State +1500
For those who want to put a little wager on the game, FanDuel has Oregon as heavy favorites despite the fact that the Broncos come in with the same quarterback who nearly orchestrated an upset over the Ducks in 2024. Granted Maddux Madsen may not have the same weapons he had around him then, such as running back Ashton Jeanty, but the Broncos are still favored to win the new Pac-12 this year.
